My pilates practise is a great compliment to running. The discipline of pilates breathing really helps me through the runs and the core strength makes them much stronger and more controlled. Yesterday was my first running event of the year and I felt a bit out of practise, not with my running but with my routine both pre and post run.
This week’s post comes just shy of a week after my elbow surgery, where I’m really missing my normal schedule of fitness & training. Since I can’t be participating in my routine I thought I’d share it with you! Do you have a weekly schedule that you stick to or do you make it up as you go?
The festive season is fully upon us now! Life gets busy and we don’t have time to workout or take care of ourselves. Here I have put together your 12 days of Pilates schedule to countdown to Christmas and honour your body by staying strong and fit!
Pilates Vs. Yoga
