My favourite moves!
This week’s post comes just shy of a week after my elbow surgery, where I’m really missing my normal schedule of fitness & training. Since I can’t be participating in my routine I thought I’d share it with you! Do you have a weekly schedule that you stick to or do you make it up as you go?
The festive season is fully upon us now! Life gets busy and we don’t have time to workout or take care of ourselves. Here I have put together your 12 days of Pilates schedule to countdown to Christmas and honour your body by staying strong and fit!
After a whirlwind of an amazing trip to Singapore I need to try and keep the relaxed, calm vibes that I felt whilst being away! It’s so easy to just “forget” your holidays as soon as you return home and slip right back to the normal routine of daily life. Here I provide 5 poses to relax your body, give a good stretch and maintain strength. They were shot on location in Singapore just after a thunderstorm and the peace and calmness felt was fantastic!
5 poses to stretch and relax
This workout focuses on core strength with a bit of flexibility thrown in too. It is aimed at an intermediate level, however beginners can try it and just take it easy, take breaks when you need to, and keep the feet on the mat if it becomes challenging.

And in particular, this post is about core endurance. Endurance means how long you can sustain something for. For example, being able to do lots of sit ups is very different from being able to hold a plank position. Both equally important and challenging, however the endurance exercises are the ones we all tend to avoid/dread/hate/you get the idea!
